Hi, my microphone is not working, sound check with HP Diagnostic Tools show that everything is OK. But the mic dosen'r get any sound. Aslo is I'm connceting Airpods I don't hear ant thing. The Realtek(R) speakers are OK.

- For microphone, try reinstalling this sp154105.exe. (audio driver for your laptop, same as other laptops with sp154106.exe which has extension category driver for microphone)
- For AirPods, after reinstalling, try looking at the 'default output' in Windows settings under "System > Sound" category.

your problem is the same as my previous problem, only my problem is with the 'output', the 'test button' is useless. That was when I uninstalled the third-party output software.
Using windows health check is useless, reinstalling the driver is also useless, fortunately before installing the software I made a system restore.
Try installing CCleaner which has tools to fix the registry, I suspect there is a registry that is also lost because of the third-party software. I will also ask the experts here, about where the test button leads.
