  • For microphone, try reinstalling this sp154105.exe. (audio driver for your laptop, same as other laptops with sp154106.exe which has extension category driver for microphone)
  • For AirPods, after reinstalling, try looking at the 'default output' in Windows settings under "System > Sound" category.

After trying the steps above, try the microphone from the default Windows screen recorder application. Let me know the results.

The mic is not visiable in the sound recorder. It's visibale in settings (sound), but t test shows it's not responding.

your problem is the same as my previous problem, only my problem is with the 'output', the 'test button' is useless. That was when I uninstalled the third-party output software.

Using windows health check is useless, reinstalling the driver is also useless, fortunately before installing the software I made a system restore.

Try installing CCleaner which has tools to fix the registry, I suspect there is a registry that is also lost because of the third-party software. I will also ask the experts here, about where the test button leads.
