Product: Pavilion Gaming 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few weeks ago, I faced a problem where my B&O Audio Control could not run. It happened when I plugged the headset into the laptop but there was no sound. Then a notification appears that "Can't open B&O Audio Control".

I tried reinstalling from the microsoft store but it always fails, please help.

Hi@auditril, Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  
Let's try Audio driver rollback.

  1. Open Device Manager. 
  2. In Device Manager, locate Audio input and Outputs.
  3. Right-click on the Audio device and choose Properties. 
  4. Select the Driver tab.
  5. Select the Roll Back Driver button.
