My laptop's information:

 

Device ID :     7A8DC5AA-322A-47CB-86FB-68FBB33D808D

Device Name :     HP Pavilion x360 Convertible

Model Number :     14-ba073TX

 

I recently reset my laptop back to factory conditions and carried out a windows update.

 

prior to carrying out the windows update I can confirm that the B&O control panel was in exsistance.

 

After the windows update I clicked on the B&O icon on the desktop and nothing happened. I checked in the windows control panel (programs)  and noticed it was not there.  Can you please let me know how to get it back without having to carry out a reset again.  And could you let me know why it has gone ?
