Hi, I recently purchased the HP Pav Plus 14-inch 14-EY0095CL.

I used it for about a week with no issue, and suddenly, I could not display my monitors from the USB-C.

 

I updated my BIOS that I downloaded from the HP website. This seems to resolve the issue from my display working again.

However, I lost function to increase or decrease my volume. The volume works, and the animation works, however, it's either no volume or max volume, thus no difference between 1% and 75%.

 

My Bios version (CMD) is F.06

 

Additionally, I also lost my microphone usage. In the control panel, I checked >  Sound > Recording, I do not have the integrated microphone anymore.

 

I would appreciate your help to fix the volume issue and the missing microphone issue.
