The Realtek HD audio input device named "Stereo Mix" is missing making it impossible to record streaming/Internet audio. The only Realtek HD audio input/recording device available on my computer is something called "Microphone Array." How do I obtain and install the "Stereo Mix" driver? My computer also has something called "B & O Play Audio Control" which seems to have replaced the "Realtek Audio Manager" available on my other computers. I don't know whether that has anything to do with the missing "Stereo Mix" Realtek driver.

Same issue to me! I just owned a HP 240 G8 to study online. When in the full screen mode we can share audio if there is stereo mix option, but no to this laptop. I'm still unable to fix it.
