Recently purchased a VH240a, using in conjunction with a MS Surface Pro 3. The monitor itself (visual aspects) are fine. The speakers worked at first, but after about a week stopped working. I've tried reinstalling the driver w/o change. When I look at the audio settings, the monitor description (HPVH240a) no longer shows as an option for audio output. Suggestions on a solution would be appreciated. Thanks.
