Hi,
The mute button light and the microphone button light have stopped working since my windows 10 updated to the last version, although both of them work properly, and they can turn on/off the sound and microphone, respectively.
I tried other solutions that exist in the hp community, but none of them did not work.(like: Mute light won't turn on, Spectre x360 13-w0xx)
Could someone help me with this problem?

I see that the mute button light and the microphone button light are not working on your Spectre x360.
Please run the updates from HP Support Assistant by following the steps listed below:
1. Download the current version from this webpage Link
2. Click on Updates and Messages to scan for new updates.
3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Hi,
Thank you for your solution. I tried it, and HP Support Assistant updated one of my laptop drivers, but the mute button light and the microphone button light still do not work.

Thank you for replying to us.
I suggest that you follow steps from this document to update the BIOS.
If the issue still persists, then I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to test the hardware components:
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
3. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
4. On the main menu, click Component Tests.
5. The Component Tests menu displays.
6. Click on the keyboard option and then click Run once.
