Hi,
I did do some updates to my laptop a few days ago, and my laptop did a disk scan randomly one day. Ever since the update, I have realized that my mute button light is not coming on, could this be related to the update? Is there something I can do to fix it, the WIFI light still lights up, but the mute button light does not.
Thanks for your help!

Hi,
Download and reinstall the IDT HD Audio software package on the following link.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe
When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load for a few minutes before checking the function of the mute led.

DP-K

I have a similar problem on my HP Envy 13-ab0XX K75B95G9 Windows 10 Home version 1709.
I recently updated to Windows 10.
HP Updates are automatically installed. Do I hve to use different audio drivers?
Please help!
Thks,
Marc
