In my laptop, some days ago a problem started that mute light not working but is resolved automatically. now mute light properly working, when we 0 the volume light glow. but the mute button is not working also the volume up down keys. i tried to reinstall the all drivers, bios update, fn + esc key everytime but nothing happens. yesterday i try to reinstall the windows then function start working but after few time it stops working. what to do to solve this problem

Hello VKSGOENKA, Go to Start, Settings, Update & Security, then Troubleshoot, click Additional Troubleshooters, Keyboard and Run the troubleshooter.
