Yes, I know , the one you suggested (SP 151159) I installed it couple of times before but didn't work for me. The problem still remains as you can see in the device manager there is no speaker as output device and Audio driver. Are any other ways to solve this problem? image_2024-08-26_211506725.png

in the device manager, I see that “Other device” is not recognized, click there then go to details and copy the hardware ID and put it in your answer message.

that's not the hardware ID, but looking at the picture it's either keyboards you put in or COM port you put in with some other device. if you use headsets does it have sound ?

if I'm using bluetooth headphone it provides sound but old school type stringed headphone that you connect to your port doesn't work and I've copied both Hardware IDs as it says

This is hardware that you installed at some moment and has nothing to do with the hardware of the notebook.. try installing this I/O port controller

Okay I downloaded the file you gave (SP 113546) sadly audio didn't come back but there is a change in output device ( Now it shows audio endpoint)

Just reinstalled that (SP151159) driver and restarted my laptop but didn't help and these lights get on when i open my laptop

the audio and microphone must be turned off in order to have audio.
