HP Envy *360, 2 in 1 laptop

Hi all, My HP envy laptop's touchpad stopped working few days before. I was fixing this issue by following hp virtual assistant instructions. So i was asked to intall windows updates and I did the same. But now all audios and videos that I play on my laptop giving machine like voice. How can I resolve this issue?

There are few generation of HP Envy *360, 2 in 1 laptop, which one is yours ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do a clean install Audio softeware/driver, this should help.


(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,


    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87889.exe


(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
