Hi @Dhruva512,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It's unfortunate to hear that your HP Omen laptop is experiencing an issue with the right speaker rattling during gameplay. There are several potential reasons for this problem, and I'll provide some troubleshooting steps to help you identify and possibly resolve the issue.
- Audio Settings: Check the audio settings on your laptop to ensure there are no balance issues or audio enhancements causing the problem. Sometimes, incorrect audio settings can lead to strange noises from the speakers.
- Update Audio Drivers: Make sure you have the latest audio drivers installed. Outdated or faulty drivers can cause audio problems. Visit the HP support website and search for the latest audio drivers compatible with your laptop model.
- Check Game Settings: Ensure that the rattling sound is not related to the game settings. Some games may have specific audio configurations that could cause issues with certain hardware.
- External Factors: Verify if any external factors are causing the rattling sound. Sometimes, loose cables or objects near the laptop's speaker can cause vibrations that result in rattling sounds.
- Test with Different Applications: Play audio or video from various sources, not just games, to see if the issue persists across different applications. This will help determine if the problem is specific to games or more general.
- Check Speaker Hardware: If the problem persists after trying the above steps, there may be a hardware issue with the speaker. In this case, you should contact HP support or a qualified technician to diagnose and fix the problem.
- Check for Dust or Debris: Dust and debris can accumulate around the speakers and cause vibration or rattling sounds. If you feel comfortable doing so, you can try gently cleaning around the speaker area to see if that resolves the issue. Be cautious not to damage the speaker while cleaning.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Dear Sir,
I have tried all the options, and I recently talked to a customer support agent who further built my case, but now I have realized that this faulty hardware is a scheme and tactic to extract money from warranty exhausted customers like me. HP is using poor quality hardware is high-end series laptops like mine (omen-ryzen 7 5800H/rtx 3060), and these poor hardware fails right after the warranty ends, as it happened it me.
I never imagined that a company with an international footprint as big as HP will engage in this cheap trick to earn money.
I have a DELL laptop which is 7 years old and works just fine as of now with no hardware issues whatsoever, on the other hand my new HP omen laptop just after 13 months of purchase created a faulty speaker, even though it has never been physically tampered with, and looks as good as new.
I am never recommending buying an HP computer to anyone after this experience. I further challenge HP to resolve my issue in a genuine ethical behaviour if they find my mail to be offending for their reputation. By saying this, I am giving them a chance to proof that they are not what I have mentioned earlier in this Email.
Thankyou
