Product: HP Pavilion 15-cs 2064st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Intel Smart Sound Technology Intel SST OED HD Audio Bus Driver shows a Code 10, can't start up. The driver was not loaded because it failed its initialization call. Thus, audio output drive and input drive are not installed and no audio on computer. Tried to update driver without success.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  
To resolve this issue, download and install the following SoftPaq to update the audio driver: SP104010 File Download
