I installed voicemod idk how long ago and when I went to delete it I had some problems, long story short Its gone but my microphone is now only "Voicemod Virtual Audio Device (WDM)" It no longer works for any apps (discord for example) and when I went to try and reinstall voicemod to try and fix it, my microphone just doesnt exist. I would really appreciate some help, thank you

before deciding to reinstall the driver, in the window on your image, try right clicking, check *show disabled devices* & *show hidden devices*.
If another microphone appears, then there is no need to reinstall the drivers.

Im not really sure what it is, I use a cheap 4gamers C6-100 (https://www.bigw.com.au/product/4gamers-c6-100-strike-gaming-headset-red-purple/p/564354?gad_source=...) if thats what you mean?

no that, i mean your laptop.
Because whether it's the microphone on the headset or the laptop speaker, it's connected to the audio driver.
You can search for the audio driver for your laptop yourself on the link i gave earlier .
