So I just bought this new OMEN by HP - 17-an117no laptop and also an OMEN by HP headset 800 1 month ago.
For some reason I get almost constant static noise on the left side ONLY when using the headset with this laptop I have confirmed that the headsets works absolutelty fine when I plug in into my mobile phone or my working desktop. I have also tested to plug in my older headset into the computer and they work just fine(no static noise at all). I have checked to see if there is any drivers for this headset that I am missing but there is noone. So I have no clue what is causing this and what of the 2 products that is malfunctioning or if these are not compatible with eachother but that seems a but fked up since they are both omen products. Have anyone gotten this issue before and manged to resolve it?
