My Omen Audio Control Panel does not show any audio features for my headphone. it works perfectly with laptop speakers showing all audio presets and functions but for some odd reason, it is not working with my headphones. I tried installing and reinstalling software. updated windows updated my software still issue is not solved.

You have to connect and ADD your headphone to Output Device first.

Dear sir, thank you for replying. 

I have already added my headphones to the output device and it is visible in the OMEN AUDIO CONTROL PANNEL. The problem is not getting dts audio presets like SURROUND, STEREO, etc. I did everything in my knowledge from uninstalling the current audio drivers and reinstalling the newer versions but the problem remains the same

Sounds like a bug. HP needs to fix that. Same a on my HO Omen. The devices can play sounds but no more under Audio Control.

I hope HP fixes it coz its almost been a year or so idk when they gonna fix this. but thank you for replying and helping me out
