HP Envy x360 Laptop

My Speaker does not work. I do not hear anything from my speakers. Also my headphones with aux do not work. I wanted to fix it but I tried many Troubleshootings but nothing worked. What can I do?

Let me check your basic system configuration before we turn on the <music> ...

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

BaseBoard Product

BaseBoard Version

 

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Other devices> ? (Those entries are for hardware for which Windows has not loaded a suitable driver)

- Expand <Audio inputs and outputs>

- Expand <Bluetooth USB>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>

--->>> Send screenshot

 

(3) Please report your results

(1) Create Windows system <restore point>

(2) Download and install BIOS Update

Why should you install the update ?

(3) Reboot

(4) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

(5) Download and install / update

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

6.0.9338.1 Rev.A197.0 MBAug 22, 2022Download

 

(6) Visit --->>> Intel Wi-Fi Site

- Download and install WiFi-22.180.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe

(7) Visit --->>> Intel Bluetooth Site

- Download and install BT-22.180.0-32-64UWD-Win10-Win11.exe

(8) Restart Windows

(9) Test your notebook
