Microsoft Windows 11

My audio isn't working. I have tried the troubleshoot several times and it is not fixing the issue. It has been going on and off over the past few days temporarily but it is permanently not working now after efforts to try and fix it. It says 'no audio device is installed'

No Windows 11 drivers for the whole series

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

    (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
              https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112001-112500/sp112452.exe

    (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
    (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
    (d) Reboot again.

Regards.
