My audio output is not working

HP Recommended
Pavillion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My device is Pavillion x360 with a serial number [Private information removed] using windows 10 64bits. It has B&O audio output but there's no sound.

Check if Audio drivers are present in device manager. If any error or warning try updating the audio drivers for your pc from HP.COM software and driver downloads page. If no audio drivers found then download the drivers that belongs to your particular notebook model.
