Product Name: HP Pavilionx360 Convertible Notebook
Issue: The speaker and microphone services unexpectedly crash every time I run a video conferencing site like Zoom or Google Meet. I have already tried troubleshooting and running audio diagnostics through HP support, and there were no issues found.
This problem only occurs to such video conferencing sites and none other. What could the problem be and how can I fix this?
