my speaker work fine when no headphone is lugged in but the minute i plug my headphones in no sound comes I have tried so many different devices and the headphone work some is wrong with the computer.

Probably your machine knows nothing about your headphones (which brand, model ....). You also need to ENABLE the headphone when connecting to your machine (Can you see your headphones under Output Devices ?),

 

The following image shows my machine can see BOTH internal speakers and headphones and I ENABLED headphones.

 sorry it inky shows one option speakers realtek  audio and my headphone are not wireless they are just wired headphone which I pugged into the headphone jack and when a plug them in no sound come nothing not even out of the speaker.
