The headphone port of my PC is not working properly, can it be removed and fixed, if yes how can I do it myself

Hi,

The audio ports are soldered on the motherboard. Does the mic port also move around? If not, it could be that the headphone port is coming loose from motherboard and you could take to local computer/smartphone technician to have it soldered on properly again. In any case, you can remove the top cover of the notebook and take a look at what is going on with the port, is it only the port that is moving or the whole motherboard.

On page 56 of service manual you can see the steps to remove top cover:
