HP Notebook - 15s-du1034tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys.

My HP laptop has just Realtek High Definition audio driver. But I want to use the Microsoft High Definition Audio driver which I am unable to install as it is not supported. The dialog box says This driver cannot open.

When I pause any video/audio and restart it or reload pages, the audio suddenly jumps. Apparently, one way to fix it is by changing the driver from Realtek one to the Microsoft HIgh definition. But the second driver is not present in my laptop and I am also unable to install it.

Please help. Either help me with fixing the orignal issue ( the audio jumping after pause and start) or tell me how can I get the MIcrosoft High Definition Audio driver.

Thanks 🙂
