I have a brand new HP Envy x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-ad0000 (8Z967AV). The microphone either cuts in and out during Teams calls or doesn't work at all. I haven't touched any of the settings. I purchased the laptop from Best Buy three weeks ago. Any thoughts on how to fix?

That is Windows problem, not the microphone itself. What is the error message ?
