Product: HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-dr0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The problem started about a week and a half ago, and still haven’t fixed it. The mic to my hp envy is not working. It’s not like it’s not working for one app, it doesn’t working for anything. If you have any further questions or can help, that would be awesome.

I have a HP ENVY Laptop 17-cg0xxx Model number: 9VT92UA#ABL purchased new last year.
The microphone died yesterday for no known reason. I can only do Zoom meetings now with headphones.
The last HP Envy laptop I had did the same thing.
There was a Windows update just a week ago...
Anyone know how to fix this?
