No recent installations. The speaker just stopped. Even pug-in sound. No sound is coming from the speaker while if I plug my headset, it works perfectly fine.

I'm having the exact same problem, I'm seeing quite a few similar issues with regard to audio no longer working on HP devices.  Wondering whether this has something to do with a recent Windows 10 update perhaps?  I've tried suggested fixes like updating the audio driver, but it just says I have the most up to date version.  Troubleshooting guide picks up no problems.  I can only hear sound when using headphones or connecting to my TV or other speaker device.
