Microsoft Windows 11

My Audio has a red X on it and I've clicked it and It takes me to A Website that does not even help. The Audio Isn't working an I Need Help. I uninstalled an app call "bang & olufsen" I thought it was a video game but turns out it was the audio. I cant find out how to install it back. I'd very much appreciate if someone could help me with my problem.  ❤️

I have the same problem, but I am using Windows 10.  I removed McAfee and installed Advanced Aystem Care.  Afterwards I noticed the red X on the speaker icon in my tray which says "No Audio Output Device is installed."  I have followed all the steps listed for several "solutions" resurces, but the issue remains unresolved.  The HP diagnostic app says there is a hardware problem.  I have not touched anything inside this Pavilion notebook computer.  None of this makes sense.  Apparently, there are others with this same problem, but no solution reply has yet to be given.  Does anyone have a solution?  Or is there no solution and I must buy another computer?  Please help.  Thank you.

Same issue. Tried installing audio drivers, but HP only has a drop down for Windows 10.  I am running Windows 11
