Hi, I'm looking for the latest audio drivers for the realtek device. Product name: 2D3F5EA#ABD
Both drivers listet on the support page "6.0.9025.1 Rev.C" and "6.0.9025.1 Rev.B" could not be installed, because of the error "not compatible with that windows version 10.0.19043" but it is the pre-installed windows 10.
I searched the HP ftp server, but all SP**** files are in one folder, so it is not possible to get the correct file.

You're very welcome.
A lot of folks are having issues with installing drivers lately and getting that 'OS not supported' problem when a new build of Windows is released.
I have no idea how to get around the issue other than the manual install to update just the actual Realtek audio driver.
Other than experimenting with an audio driver that was actually written to support v 21H1, I don't know what else one can do.
This is the only Realtek audio driver I could find that has support for v21H1 from the Probook 450 G8 model.
This model has an Intel 11th gen core processor.

Hi:
Sometimes you can get around that message by manually installing the driver from the device in the device manager.
So for the Realtek audio, see if this works...go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Sound, video and game controllers device manager category.
Click on the Realtek HD audio device listed there. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for drivers option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp#####, where ##### is the file number of the Realtek driver file you downloaded and ran.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
Then restart the PC.

Hi Paul, thanks for your time.
With this version I get also "this driver is not supported on this OS version 10.0.19043" 😞
I tried some other packages for other HP envy devices, I either get the above error message, or the installation is going through, but I don't have sound after that (without errors in the device manager, just no sound).
With the original sound driver (don't know the version - comes from windows HP installation) I had sound and all sound tools, but when I started a movie, youtube or a music file, after some seconds the sound got quieter and quieter, this was the reason to find a new driver and all the trouble get started...
