Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 (4U8D9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just purchased a new laptop and have done all the troubleshooting steps to determine the internal microphone does work. All drivers are up to date and it is still not working with Zoom. Need some help here.

You have to allow Zoom to access to microphone when logon to a Zoom session or use the followng fix

Have already done this list of things and had professional tech support yesterday. They were unable to fix the problem. Very disappointing.
