I tried to troubleshoot using all available ways, yet there is no solution.

First, Tried troubleshooting Audio using Find and Fix problems with Audio. Speakers are missing in Device List.

then, I tried to open sound, video and game controllers from Device Manager, I didn't find a speaker driver even there.

Next, I tried to open Bang & Olufsen Audio Control and it says Cannot connect to RPC Server.

Later I tried to test Audio using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics and by selecting Component Tests>Audio>Audio Playback Test. Result is Device not Found.

If you can observe in every screenshot that I've shared the speaker icon is disabled. If I hover over the speaker it says No speakers are plugged in.

I'm talking with support team since last 45days and even more, a support agent visited my home and told me that he will replace the part, its been a month and no one showed up and no response from support. What should I do?

Please run a Test from F2 Diagnostic and let me know the outcome

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Audio
