HP Recommended

My hp 1030 X360 g3 touchscreen core i7 is showing No Audio device is installed in the task bar and all audio is not working. The windows install on it is windows 11.

After downloading and installing I am still seeing driver installation failed. Could not find the device for this driver.

Right-click Start > Device Manager > expand "Sound, video and game controllers" (or "System devices" for hidden audio entries). Right-click any audio device (e.g., Realtek, Intel Audio) > Uninstall device (check "Delete the driver software"), then restart—Windows may reinstall it automatically.

 

If still no device shows, run Windows Audio Troubleshooter: Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Playing Audio.
