Hello HP team,
This is very serious concern its been more than a month I have issue on audio drive after windows 11 update the audio is cracking there is many unsolved tickets in community support but i am not understanding why there is no response from HP i tried Windows support and issue is there is no drivers for windows 11.
I went to hp support and selected my model 15cc123cl and tried to select windows 11 but there is no option i attached screen shot see it.( i performed all troubleshooting steps)
There is a 3 drivers 1- no sound at all 2- cracking audio 3- Sound is tooo low not able to hear at 100 volume
I think i explained in detail even windows support told that there are no drivers released for windows 11 take this issue serious and support me there is no live support from Hp this is pathetic.
