Hi there,
The audio from my laptop ( HP 17-x101na using Windows 10) has disappeared and after trying numerous advices I found on online forums I am still stuck with the same issue. It all happened today after the laptop restarted itself, I have not made any software changes prior to that. The HP Support Assistant is showing me all updates are installed and up-to-date and I can't seem to make the Intel Support Assistant work so I could check all the drivers' updates on there.
I have checked the sound is working via the route of booting and F2 Bios sound test .
Does anyone have any ideas what else I could try to make it work again?
Many thanks

There is no new driver on its support page. Please try the following Audio software
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97080.exe
Regards.
