Product: HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14 PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bismillah.

 

First of all, this is my first time using HP brands, so I'm pretty new. The HP laptop I'm using was given by my cousin, so I don't know how it got broken. I've tried reinstalling the driver many times, but alas zero results. Troubleshooting didn't bring any good news either. I'm beginning to think that this is a hardware problem. Hope to get a good solutions to this.

It appears that the HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14-b036tx (D4B41PA) laptop uses an IDT High Definition Audio driver.

since there's no Win10 specific IDT audio driver listed for that model, try this v6.10.6425.0 Win8.x IDT audio driver from here (sp59802)
