Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Win10 machine suddenly show "No Audio Output Devices in installed".

I did the troubleshooting.

Uninstalled all audio devices and re-install

Did the SFC scan

Did DISM

Uninstalled some updates

Updated the devices by Driver Easy Professional

Run Advanced System Repair Pro

Everything else on the system seems to be working. Just no audio.

In Device Manager, I have Intel(R) Display Audio and Realtek High Definition Audio

Both said working fine.

No available devices listed under SOUND. Sound there is no device listed.

The issue is not in audio driver since audio show fine in Device Manager, but not in Sound setting.

I have tried many suggestions from the Web. But nothing seems to help.

System Manufacturer - HP Laptop 14-ck0xxx,

Type - x64-based PC,

System - SKU: 4XW63EA#ABU,

OS Name - Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044

Maybe you can find some a suggestion for my model, please?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Your machine is an HP Notebook - 14-ck0520sa, its specs

              https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/c06180039

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

    (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
            https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111460.exe

    (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
    (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
    (d) Reboot again.

Regards.

Banhien,

Thank you for your suggestion.

I downloaded the driver file and saved it on my computer,

from   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111460.exe

I did uninstall the sound driver (Realtek) from Device Manager and I rebooted the pc.

After I did Run as administrator the downloaded file and,

I rebooted the pc again.

This doesn't work. The Win10 machine suddenly showed 'No Audio Output Devices in installed'.

The issue is not in the audio driver since audio shows fine in Device Manager, but is in Sound Setting.

No available devices listed under SOUND. There is no device listed.

Maybe there are other suggestions on this issue.

Please, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
