HP ENVY - 17m-ce0013dx
Microsoft Windows 11

I had a blue screen of death on my laptop. I rebuilt the Windows 11 installation. Everything works except I have no audio output device. I have tried installing the drivers and all the diagnostics pass. But no audio and no output device.

No drivers for Windows 11 on it homepage

Please try to  perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

    (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
             https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107433.exe

    (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
    (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
    (d) Reboot again.

Regards.
