(1) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Right click and uninstall device with "attempt to remove driver" ticked !

i have completed this and following the reset this was back on the device list, when i open it, it comes up saying it working properly but the sound still doesn't work and the message by the sound bar till says no audio device installed.

(1) Back up < ALL > personal data (documents/pictures/videos etc...) to external <USB hard drive>

 

(2Please reinstall your operating system !

You need to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>

 An unused or empty USB flash drive with at least 32 GB storage capacity is required.
