Thanks for responding.

 

1. Yes, you need to reinstall the applications you have installed on the PC.

2. Refer the video instructions from HP support to know more information about resetting windows. Click Here

3. As you are able to boot into windows you can reset the windows from the windows environment.

 

Resetting windows would help us to isolate the issue. So if resetting windows does not solve the problem.

 

It is a hardware issue with the PC. Please contact HP support for service options. Click Here
