Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Do I need external speakers? I don't need external speakers with my Windows 10 notebook. 

External stuff defeats the purpose of a notebook. 

Sound checks out ok on diagnostics, but No Audio when watching Youtube videos. Audio is there when playing a game.
