After a update the laptop rebooted with no audio
Device Manager shows no Audio hardware installed and the Intel SST Technology with a error code of 39
Tried to reload Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver 6.0.9025.1 Rev.B
Software will not load shows a error This Driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19044)
Tried to load REV C with the same results.
How do I get the proper driver to resolve problem

(2) Update chipset

(3) Reboot !
(4) Update audio driver
Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver - Ice Lake | 6.0.9061.1 Rev.C | 562.3 MB | Dec 31, 2020 | Download |

Thanks for the quick reply.
BIOS updated OK
Chip set driver gave error of not compatible with this version of the OS
Audio driver did install but still no sound.
When I look at device manager under system devices the
Intel Smart Sound Technology Audio Controller has the Yellow warning sign
when I open that line, under General tab i see the following
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
{Bad File}
The attributes of the specified mapping file for a section of memory cannot be read.
When I right click on the speaker icon it states speaker setup UNKNOWN
Any Suggestions

Hello @straz
(1) In windows device manager where you are:
Please right click and uninstall that audio device and if windows ask for deletion of the driver -> confirm
(2) Install audio driver
Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver - Ice Lake | 6.0.9061.1 Rev.C | 562.3 MB | Dec 31, 2020 | Download |
(3) Reboot
(4) Test again ...
