Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have already did the uninstall  with removal of the device driver software. ran several different install packs of Realtek software as admin and absolutely none have restored the B and O software.  So any you guys really know how to fix this or are you just using an HP info fix flip book...?

Please check under HP Audio Switch or HP Audio Control.

I am telling you I don't have any HP Audio Switch or panel anywhere.. your solution is a total failure...I have followed your instructions to the letter and it has not installed any B and O software anywhere nor any hp audio switch or control panel...
