Product: EnvyTS 15 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i have an Envy ts notebook laptop with beat sound but the sound production is very poor. almost like there is no sound at all.
i have tried installing the driver that was suggested here for similar problems but the challenge persists.
Please advise me on what to do.

Hi:

 

If your notebook has the IDT audio codec, see if installing the only W10 IDT with Beats Audio driver HP has, works on your model.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
