Product: EP411ua#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

This Laptop  was updated from XP to Vista, Receiced from 3rd party but with no sound.  Keeps asking for Software for the Multimedia Audio Controller, Which I do not have the CD?    If there is a Website to download the software to correct the issue or another site to download and regain Audio to this laptop.      Thank you ahead for any help to correct this Sound issue ....
