Product: HP 14-dk0202ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have 2 Notebooks of the almost same kind
- HP 14-dk0355ng
- HP 14-dk0202ng
and facing the same Problem.
- WinUpdate is all done.
- i followed all these steps: https://support.hp.com/de-de/document/c05027846
- I installed the Realtek driver Manualy a few times
If i Start Test sound it takes at least 10 Seconds untill sound comes out of the Laptop.
In Browser, the Videos doesn´t start because of the Soundissue. Looks like it takes forever to comunicate to the sounddevice.
Does anyone have had the same Issuses on a HP 14 DK0 or in Win10 in General?
Would be super if someone here can help me to solve the Problem.

I understand that you are facing issues with audio.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
I would suggest you please update the BIOS and check.
If the issue still persists, please try creating a new user account on your computer.
Go to http://hp.care/2dWJKgW and follow the steps to create a new user account.
If you still have the same issue, then perform the system reset.
