There is no sound from the speakers yet if a connected the earphones the sound do exist.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing the latest Realtek HD audio driver directly from Realtek resolves the problem.

 

Accept the agreement.  Download and install the 2nd driver on the list and restart the PC.

If that doesn't fix the issue, there is a very good chance the connection has been cut from the audio chip to the speakers.

 

That would explain why you get audio out of the headphone jack and not from the PC speakers (if they are set as the default).
