Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am not able to get any audio or sound on my device. When I tested my audio and ran audio diagnostics from HP Support Assistant, the system was unable to hear audio, indicating 'Hardware Problem detected'. The same problem persisted even after restarting the device.
