Hello, good afternoon. It turns out that I was curious to test how my laptop's performance would increase if I downloaded Windows 10. But after that I realized that many drivers were not compatible. Which caused my hardware to not work well. So I went back to Windows 11 again. I installed all the drivers and everything was perfect as at the beginning. Only once for personal reasons I decided to reinstall Windows 11 with the tool that the same laptop provides for reinstallation. The only defect is that this time when updating the drivers, the sound hardware no longer works for me. It is as if it does not detect it; as if it is incompatible. But it is supposed to be the same version of Windows 11. So there should be no problem.

Pease try a clean install Audio driver
1. Download https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp131501-132000/sp131797.exe
and save on your computer
2. Use Device Manager to uninstall audio driver (if any),
3. Reboot machine,
4. Install downloaded file above,
5. Reboot machine.
Hope this helps.
Regards
