- No audio - Intel High Definition DSP driver, error in device...

Missing audio. Within device manager showing alert on "Intel High Definition DSP" Tried everything latest drivers from HP, Lastest intel chipset drivers etc. Even tried microsoft update catalog.
Updated BIOS as well but still no avail....have attached some screen shots. Please help.
Computer make model is
HP Laptop 15s-fq4075TU (7X868PA)
- 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1195G7 @ 2.90GHz
- Win 11 (24H2) Build 26100.1742

I found the hardware ID for that device on at the link below, first file listed.
Use the free 7-zip file utility to extract the cabinet file into a driver folder.
The hardware ID for that device is in the IntcOED.inf file as indicated by this partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file.

You have to find the hardware ID for the Intel High-Definition DSP device and then search by the hardware ID on the Microsoft Update Catalog website and manually install the driver.
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager
The driver should also be contained within the Realtek audio driver folder after you run the file.

Could you please help me finding the driver for it?
Searched MS Update catalog on that hardware ID nothing is appearing using that ID
