Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently upgraded Windows 10 1903. No Audio Conexant HD Smart audio. Didn't help that I accidently deleted original driver, but I cannot recover it.

Hi:

 

If under the sound, video and game controllers device manager category, if there is no Conexant audio device listed there, see if you can reinstall the W7 driver from the link below and restart the PC.

If there is a Conexant audio device present, skip the above step and go to the next step below...

 

Use this workaround to get the sound to work again...

 

A problem with the Conexant audio means that you may hear no sound in Windows 10 even though everything appears to be working correctly.

Microsoft suggests running msconfig.exe and click on the Boot tab.

Click the Advanced options button, check the Maximum memory box, and set the value to 3072.

Then restart the PC.
