Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After installing an update in Windows 10, I have the red cross against the audio icon in the status bar.

It states that No audio device input is installed.

I alreday visited the support pages of HP and performed all steps, even the BIOS reset to defaults.  Nothing helps.

When I select "Sound" from the control panel and then "playback", I have the message "No audio devices are installed".

Can somebody help me please ?

Thanks.
